What's the reason for only having a new SPV company for each new acquisition as opposed to have a few in one? I'm very curious to understand the reasoning.

Thanks Saj once again a nice interview, it's interesting how many of us entrepreneurs have ADHD or dyslexia! I think Luigi is right you are either driven as an entrepreneur or not! You can learn business skills but the drive is like a sixth sense!
Back in the early 1980's house conversions where the big money earner ..that's how I started in London at the age of 21. You could make a minimum of more 100% on the purchase price. It was crazy profit. buy a house for 35k in bad condition and sell it split into two lease hold flat's for 45k each .conversion costs were 10k for the 2flat conversion. You couldn't do that now. I believe it's a lot of luck and hard work. What year you were born in. Houses in London could be bought by ordinary people Back in the 1980's. Today it's almost impossible. For young people today. It's nice to see you bring can do people on your show 👏. Young people should buy property the first chance they get. It's possible. Just do it. Great insights and excellent programme 👏 very interesting vlog. 👍
